The present invention relates to an oxygen inhalation saving adjustment device which is intended to reduce the gas consumption of oxygen cylinders used at home or in portable use so that they can be used for a long period of time.

上悪い問題点があつた。(Prior technology) Conventional oxygen inhalation devices other than devices such as this type of respirator employ a method in which a constant amount of oxygen gas reaches the patient's mouth and nose from the source and is constantly breathed. has been done. However, in this method, oxygen constantly flows out during the exhalation phase or even during exhalation, so that it does not enter the patient's lungs and is wasted. Conventionally, therefore, a large rubber breathing bag is placed at the exit from the flowmeter to collect exhaled air, which is then inhaled during inspiration. In this case, if the oxygen flow rate is not equal to or greater than the patient's one-time expiratory volume, the patient's exhaled air will preferentially flow back into the respiratory sac, forcing the patient to rebreathe exhaled air, which poses a problem in terms of treatment effectiveness. It was hot.

If the actual respiratory rate of a patient with a tidal volume of 0.2 is 15 breaths/minute, then this is 3 breaths per minute, and 12-3=9 wasteful amounts of oxygen are released.

There is even a risk of oxygen poisoning.

Continuous inhalation for 24 hours reduces the concentration of oxygen entering the lungs.
In many cases, it is desired to control the oxygen concentration to 30% to 40%, and the normal method is to dilute concentrated oxygen with air at the inhalation mask and inhale it. Even if the prescription varies from person to person
It ranges from 0.5/min to 2/min, but the most common patient is 1/min.

Since it is too heavy to carry, the limit is a lightweight 2,000 ml, which can be filled to 100 atmospheres and can only be inhaled for about 3 hours, so something that can be inhaled for a long time is desired.

る。 Further, a valve cylinder provided with a check valve communicating with the outflow hole is inserted into the inside of the lid body. A branch pipe that communicates with the elastic bag is formed in a part of the lid body, and by storing oxygen gas coming out from the gas source during exhalation in a small elastic bag, the accumulated amount is transferred during inspiration into a constant flow of oxygen. The above purpose is achieved by inhaling together with the elastic bag to avoid waste, and by using a check valve to effectively prevent the patient's exhaled air from flowing back into the elastic bag.

3, and the soft hose 12 passes through the humidifier 24.
The supplied oxygen presses the internal check valve 7 through the inflow hole 4, passes through the outflow hole 5 through a soft hose, and is inhaled into the patient through a mask or nostril insert 17 or the like. When the patient exhales, a portion of the oxygen being delivered from the inflow port 4 is temporarily collected in the small diameter elastic bag 10. If this accumulated oxygen is inhaled together with a constant flow of oxygen during the next intake, it is possible to temporarily inhale concentrated oxygen and it is not wasted.

Even if the patient's exhalation is reversed, the check valve 7 is closed and the exhalation does not accumulate in the elastic bag 10, so the patient does not have to worry about rebreathing the exhalation.

The elastic bag suspended below the lid is located inside the transparent case, so when it expands due to the inflow of oxygen during exhalation, it can be easily seen from the outside and the bag can be easily seen from the outside. The progress can be seen at a glance, making it extremely convenient and safe to use. Furthermore, this elastic bag can send out accumulated oxygen even with a slight negative pressure when inhaling, and since it is housed in a case, it is not easily deformed from the outside during use and has the effect of operating safely. Furthermore, by installing a valve cylinder with a check valve in a position that communicates with the outflow hole, oxygen is ensured to pass through during inspiration, and the check valve closes during exhalation to prevent oxygen from passing through. It has the excellent effect of being temporarily cut off and significantly reducing waste.
