Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve adhesion of a foamed substance to outer and inner plates and to ensure strength by a method wherein in a device which is formed with outer and inner plates and a foamed substance and the interior of which is reduced in a pressure, a valve is situated to a part of the outer or the inner plate. CONSTITUTION:An insulating body 7 is formed such that a space formed with outer and inner plates 2 and 3 is filled with a foamed substance 8, e.g. a continuous bubble foamed substance, having breathability. In order to reduce the pressure of the interior of the foamed substance 8, an opening part 9 is previously formed in the outer plate 2, and a valve 10 is mounted therein. Gas in the foamed substance 8 of the heat insulating body 7 is exhausted through the valve 10 with the aid of a vacuum pump, and filling with the foamed substance 8 is executed in a state that the foamed substance is adhered to the inner and outer plates 3 and 2.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-described configuration, the heat insulator plate 1 is not bonded to the heat insulator pack 6, the outer plate 2, and the inner plate 3 because the strength of the structure decreases if the adhesion between the heat insulator pack 6, the outer plate 2, and the inner plate 3 is poor. There was a problem that the above-mentioned champion had to be fixed.
