Claims (1)
- 蒸着槽の形状を球状または軸対称形とし、蒸着
槽の一端に開口部を設け、該開口部をスリーブを
介して気密かつ着脱可能となるよう軸受けに連結
し、蒸着槽が対称軸の回りに回転し、かつ高真空
状態あるいは気体を満たした状態にできるように
し、また軸受け並びに開口部を貫通して真空引き
導管内に保持した磁性体蒸発るつぼを、蒸着槽内
に収容された磁性流体の溶媒となる液体上部に設
置するように構成したことを特徴とする磁性流体
製造装置。
