12の上昇位置において軸心O1よりrだけ下方
に偏心させて、つまり上記貫通孔6に合致されて
穿設した軸心O2を有する偏心孔であり、したが
つてレバー12の上昇位置においては貫通孔6と
偏心孔14の軸心は共にO2であるため一致する
