- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 複数個の端子１６を基板面に垂直に貫通して
植設した絶縁基板１５の上に、ガラス又はＳｉ基
板１２上に磁性薄膜パターン１３を形成した磁気
抵抗チツプ１１を搭載し、該磁気抵抗チツプ１１
の電極パツド１７と前記絶縁基板１５の端子１６
間をワイヤボンデイング又は導電性樹脂１８で電
気的に接続したことを特徴とする磁気抵抗素子。 ２ スルーホールで接続されたコイルパターンを
絶縁基板の表裏に形成し、その上に搭載したこと
を特徴とする請求項(1)の磁気抵抗素子。
