する押出板に固設された押しピンおよびリターン
ピンを可動ダイスに貫通可能に組み合せて構成さ
れるとともに、前記固定母型および可動母型は、
対向面側に固定ダイスおよび可動ダイスユニツト
の挿入方向に縮小するテーパ面を備え嵌合凹陥部
と、この嵌合凹陥部の奥行き側に固定ダイスおよ
び可動ダイスのガイドフランジに係合可能なガイ
ド溝とを備え、前記固定ダイスおよび可動動ダイ
スユニツトは、ガイドフランジをガイド溝に嵌挿
して嵌合凹陥部にテーパ嵌合させ、固定板により

自在に設け、これらの固定ダイスと可動ダイスユ
ニツトとを各鋳造製品ごとに備えて差換え可能に
設けたダイキヤスト金型装置において、前記可動
ダイスユニツトは前記押出棒に係合する押出板に
固設された押しピンおよびリターンピンを可動ダ
イスに貫通可能に組み合せて構成されるととも
に、前記固定母型および可動母型は、対向面側に
固定ダイスおよび可動ダイスユニツトの挿入方向
に縮小するテーパ面を備えた嵌合凹陥部と、この
嵌合凹陥部の奥行き側に固定ダイスおよび可動ダ
イスのガイドフランジに係合可能なガイド溝とを
備え、前記固定ダイスおよび可動ダイスユニツト
は、ガイドフランジをガイド溝に嵌挿して嵌合凹
陥部にテーパ嵌合させ、固定板により締着固定し
