Claims (1)
なくとも1組の金型と、加熱装置を内部に含む恒
温鍛造用チヤンバ装置において、チヤンバ上板と
、上部冷却盤の如きプレス固定部との間を蛇腹機
構により密閉接続すると共に、該蛇腹機構をシリ
コンゴムと耐熱繊維層の積層材により形成せしめ
たことを特徴とする恒温鍛造用チヤンバ上部遮蔽
装置。 2 請求項1記載の装置において、蛇腹機構に該
蛇腹機構の外表面に冷却流を付与する冷却手段を
付設せしめたことを特徴とする恒温鍛造用チヤン
バ上部遮蔽装置。 3 上部金型類がプレス圧下装置に固定され、少
なくとも1組の金型と、加熱装置を内部に含む恒
温鍛造用チヤンバ装置において、チヤンバ上板と
、上部冷却盤の如きプレス固定部との間を蛇腹機
構により密閉接続すると共に、上記蛇腹機構と、
加熱装置との間に高温耐熱材からなる第2の断熱
遮蔽機構を設けてなることを特徴とする恒温鍛造
用チヤンバ上部遮蔽装置。 4 蛇腹機構をシリコンゴムと耐熱繊維層の積層
材により形成せしめた請求項3記載の恒温鍛造用
チヤンバ上部遮蔽装置。 5 上部金型類がプレス圧下装置に固定され、少
なくとも1組の金型と、加熱装置を内部に含む恒
温鍛造用チヤンバ装置において、チヤンバ上板と
上部冷却盤の如きプレス固定部との間を蛇腹機構
により密閉接続すると共に、該蛇腹機構と、加熱
装置との間に更に高温耐熱材からなる第2の断熱
遮蔽機構を設け、かつ、蛇腹機構外方に当該蛇腹
機構に冷却流を付与する冷却手段を付設してなる
ことを特徴とする恒温鍛造用チヤンバ上部遮蔽装
