Claims (1)
- 横置きされた取鍋の開口部を閉鎖する蓋体に、
直火バーナと排気口とを設けた取鍋予熱装置にお
いて、前記排気口に燃焼用空気予熱用熱交換器を
介して排気装置を接続するとともに、前記蓋体に
取鍋開口部の外周部のうち、前記取鍋の少なくと
も下半分を包囲するシール装置を取り付け、かつ
、前記排気装置による排気量を、前記取鍋内圧が
所定圧となるように制御する制御装置を設けたこ
とを特徴とする取鍋予熱装置。
