  1. 真空容器に設けられた座にネジ穴付フランジを
    ろう付するものにおいて、溶けたろう材が上記ネ
    ジ穴部にはい上るのを防止するために上記ネジ底
    部に設けた座ぐりに薄板でなるメクラ蓋を溶接し
    、ネジ深さを最大にしたことを特徴とする真空機
    器。
