    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 三方が側壁により囲まれ一方が開口せられた取
    水塔内に、上下方向に昇降伸縮される取水ゲート
    を備え、ゲートへの水流入口が取水塔開口に向つ
    て拡開せられた呑口を備えた取水装置において、
    前記ゲート呑口外側に少くとも上下に遮水板が固
    着されていることを特徴とする取水装置。
