【考案の詳細な説明】
[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、LNG等のような低温液体の配管、
タンク、気化設置などにおいて、万一低温液体が
漏れ出した際に、この漏れ出した低温液体を一旦
貯槽に溜めておき、あとで回収するための低温液

[従来技術及びその欠点]

記砂利槽02内に流れ込み、この砂利05の凍結
に基づく配管04の先端の閉塞作用で低温液溜槽
01内に溜められるものである。したがつて、砂
利槽02内の砂利05は冷熱で凍結する状態、つ
まり常時湿潤状態に維持されていることが必要で
ある。そこで従来は巡回監視が必要となり、保安
員が砂利05の乾き具合をみて、もし乾いている
場合には注水管06から手動コツクを開けて内部
に注水を行なつている。この結果、保安管理に経
費が嵩むと共に万一砂利05が乾いていた場合に
は低温液体を低温液溜槽01内に溜めることがで

底部から砂層まで排水管を延長して取り付けたの
で、この場合の砂層は常時湿潤状態にあり、した
がつて従来のように巡回監視の必要がなく、保安
経費の節約が図れると共に保案装置も従来に比較
して極めて簡単である。又、排水管の先端は常時
湿潤状態にあるため、低温液体が流れ込んだ場合
