手段の主要部をトンネル状に覆うとともに内部に
無菌エアーを導入して陽圧状態に保つた無菌チヤ
ンバと、前記包装容器コンベヤの復路に対向して
設けられ空のキヤリヤに殺菌液を噴霧する殺菌液
噴霧手段とを具備してなることを特徴とする無菌
