[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a rubber mat for floor heating, and more particularly to a rubber mat for floor heating in which the piping combination of hot water distribution pipes is appropriately improved to make temperature distribution uniform. Floor heating, which provides comfortable warmth even when the room temperature is relatively low, has recently become popular, but full-scale floor heating systems using panels made of metal tubes have the disadvantage of being expensive and time-consuming for equipment. Because of this, it can be easily placed or removed in your existing room.
In addition, simple floor heating using heat dissipating mats made of rubber or plastic that can utilize waste heat from kerosene stoves, etc., has also become popular. The present invention relates to such a mat for floor heating, and in particular, it is aimed at making the temperature distribution uniform by properly combining the hot water distribution pipes.

Conventionally used rubber and plastic floor heating mats are mostly made by extruding rubber or plastic into a strip shape with multiple hot water distribution pipes arranged in parallel using an extruder. Vulcanize. This is cut into specified dimensions, and the cut rubber or plastic bands are placed side by side to increase the area, and the hot water distribution pipes of the header section formed in advance are fitted to both ends of the cut surface of the hot water distribution pipe to dissipate heat. Let's say Matsut. The fitting method is as follows: (a) As shown in Fig. 3, a metal socket is provided in the header 15, and the extruded hot water distribution pipe 14 cut as shown in the figure is fitted and tightened with a hose band.

(2) Due to restrictions in the manufacturing method, the hot water distribution pipes are only combined in a reciprocating manner within the mat, and due to the extrusion width, the number of hot water distribution pipe combinations is a fixed number, which has the disadvantage of poor temperature distribution. .

The inventors of the present invention created a plurality of parallel hot water distribution pipes 2 in a rubber mat shown in FIG. Hot water distribution pipes 3 and 4 connected in a shape, and hot water distribution pipe 5 parallel to the hot water distribution pipe 3.
and connection parts 9, 9', at both ends of the hot water distribution pipes 3, 5.
10, 10' and a rubber mat for floor heating which has a partition in the center of the hot water distribution pipe 3, unlike the one shown in FIG. We have obtained a solution that solves the above (a), (b), and (c) all at once, but since this is a hot water circuit that circulates hot water once inside the mat, hot water distribution pipes 3 and 4
There is a disadvantage that the flow rate of hot water in the hot water distribution pipe 2 near both ends of the mat is delayed, and the temperature on both sides of the mat becomes low. In order to improve this, if we create a circuit in which hot water circulates within the rubber mat three times, the temperature distribution within one rubber mat will be slightly improved;
If they are connected side by side and used, there is a drawback that the hot water flow distance becomes long and the temperature difference between the first and third sheets becomes large.

As an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a rubber mat 1 having a desired thickness is used.
A plurality of vertical hot water distribution pipes 2 are arranged in parallel to each other approximately parallel to the mat surface, and lateral pipes 2 are connected to the hot water distribution pipes 2 in a T-shape or an L-shape at both ends of the hot water distribution pipe 2. hot water distribution pipes 3 and 4, and a hot water distribution pipe 5 parallel to one of the hot water distribution pipes 3 in the horizontal direction;
Connecting parts 9, 9', 10, respectively attached to both ends of the two horizontally parallel hot water distribution pipes 3 and 5,
In the rubber mat 1 for floor heating, which is integrally molded with 10' at the same time as the rubber mat is vulcanized and molded,
The flow combination of the plurality of parallel vertical hot water flow pipes 2 is arranged in the vicinity of both side edges 16 and 1 of the two sections.
7, and both central portions 18 and 19 of the two areas.
It is divided into areas 16, 18, 19, and 17, and the ratio of the number of combined distribution lines in each of the four areas 16, 18, 19, and 17 is calculated from the area near one side edge 16 to the area near the other side edge 17. so that the ratio is approximately 1:2:2:1, respectively.
A partition 6 is provided on the inner wall of one of the horizontal hot water distribution pipes 3.
and 7, and partitions 8 are alternately provided on the inner wall of the lateral hot water distribution pipe 4.

That is, in the present invention, the combined number of vertical hot water distribution pipes 2 shown in FIG. 1 is approximately 1:2:
The partitions 6 and 7 are provided alternately in one horizontal hot water distribution pipe 3 and the partition 8 is provided in the other horizontal hot water distribution pipe 4 so that the ratio is 2:1. As a hot water circuit, by making the hot water flow velocity of the hot water distribution pipe 2 near both ends of the hot water distribution pipes 3 and 4 approximately twice that of the vicinity of the center,
The present invention was completed after discovering that the temperature distribution between the rubber mats connected side by side can be greatly improved in the direction of uniformity.
