産業上の利用分野
本考案は脱部と風選部と壷穴式回転選別部と
より組成する回転選別籾摺機における残粒取出装

ることにより残粒の取出しを幾分でも促進させて
いたのである。例えば特開昭57−10346号公報に

残粒を容易且つ速やかに取出そうとするものであ

は上記の仕切板を受樋側に回動して傾倒し受樋上
を閉塞すれば選別胴内に残存する穀粒は壷穴によ
つて掬い上げられ放出されるときこの仕切板の裏
面で受け止められた後傾斜する送り板によつて排
出側に強制的に移行させられて選別胴内に落下す
る。この壷穴による掬い上げと送り板による移行
作用の繰返しによつて選別胴内の残粒は排出側に

選別胴8内の排出側Yに移行した籾は揚穀羽根2
0によつて持上げられ放出後還元樋21から籾タ

落下する。この繰返しによつて残存するものは排
出側Yにまたたく間に移行させられ揚穀羽根20

を変更調節自在に設けた仕切板の裏面に、下端を
排出側にして傾斜する送り板を設け且つ仕切板を
受樋側に傾倒可能にして受樋上を閉塞し得る構成
にしたから、仕切板は籾摺作業時は受樋内に案内
すべきものを選択して選別作用を効率よく行なわ
せ、選別胴内に残溜する穀粒を取出したいときは
受樋側に傾倒することにより受樋上を閉塞し裏面
に斜設せる送り板でもつて壷穴によつて掬い上げ
られ放出される穀粒を受けて排出側に強制的に移
行させ、選別胴内に残溜する穀粒を速やかに排出
