Claims (1)
- 筒状胴体内に回転自在に配設される複数の羽根
を有する２個の羽根車と、各羽根車の２枚の羽根
と共働して室を形成する側板とを有し、かつ両段
の羽根車を、同一軸上に配設して形成した２段形
水封式真空ポンプにおいて、１段側を、前記羽根
車の内面に接する吸込ポート及び吐出ポートを介
してガスを羽根車の軸方向へ圧送するポートシリ
ンダ式に形成するとともに、２段側を、前記羽根
車の側面に接する吸込ポート及び吐出ポートを介
してガスを羽根車の側方に圧送するポートプレー
ト式に形成して成ることを特徴とする２段形水封
式真空ポンプ。
