As other welding methods, fillet welding and hole fillet welding have been used, but they had various difficulties and were not put into practical use. Therefore, the inventor applied for a patent application in 1983-
The present invention was realized using No. 117153, but is further improved.

る。(d) Means, actions, and examples for solving the problem Steel beams are usually coated, and deck plates are galvanized or coated on one side. When welding onto a steel beam using arc spot welding from the deck plate under these conditions, with a conventional nozzle, a large amount of spatter adheres to the inner surface of the nozzle, making it impossible to proceed with welding even after welding a few points. There are cases. In other words, the conventional type
If the nozzle hole in Figure c is clogged with spatter and the amount of spatter increases further, arcing will occur directly on the nozzle and the inner surface of the cap, damaging the nozzle. Also, arcing will occur directly on the inside of the cap, causing damage to the cap. Furthermore, spatter adhering to the inner surface of the nozzle is strong and difficult to remove because the nozzle overheats. As described above, workability becomes extremely poor.
この為本発明はノズル体を改良した。 For this reason, the present invention has improved the nozzle body.

A solution was adopted in which the two parts were fitted into each other using the inner hole of the collar to determine the position, and then tightened and fixed with screws 2.

The effect is greater as the opening 5 is located at the upper part of the cap 1, and the shape of the hole may be any shape.
The hole position may also be wide open up to the collar 3 position. The fumarole 6 has the role of removing spatter,
If the hole is too large, it will be affected by the wind, so it should be opened small.

るものである。(E) Effects of the Invention As mentioned above, special measures have been taken to discharge and remove spatter, making it possible to perform arc spot welding on several dozen points in succession, and reducing nozzle burnout.
The adhesion of spatter to the inner surface of the nozzle is reduced, and its removal becomes easy and simple, resulting in a marked improvement in work efficiency.
