Claims (1)
- ピエゾ電気結晶水晶振動素子を備えた空気圧検
出器において、水晶振動素子の周囲を多数の孔を
有するカバーで被覆すると共に、前記カバーの周
面を通気量が１００〜５００c.c.／cm2の弗素樹
脂繊維の編織生地又はガーレー係数５〜７の不織
布からなるチユーブで包囲したことを特徴とする
空気圧検出器。
