The plates used for printing are usually PS plates or resin plates, and recently aluminum printing plates made of organic semiconductors using electronic copying technology have also come into practical use. After exposure, these plates are developed in an automatic processing machine using a camera processor, etc., and dried if necessary, and then discharged to a discharge tray. At this time, the plates are stacked one after another. In such cases, in order to prevent damage to the plate surface, remove the discharged plates one by one from the discharge tray using a special device (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-57580), or
The discharge tray (FIG. 1) of Utility Model Application No. 57-184214 filed by the present applicant was used. However, in the former case, complicated installation is required and the required floor area for collecting waste plates must be large, and in the latter case, the discharge area of the plate material processing machine is not sufficiently large. This method has the disadvantage that it can only be applied at high locations.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances. For example, in a printing plate processing machine using a camera processor of an electronic copying machine type used as an office machine, the plate material ejection part is located at a low position. The present invention provides a waste plate accumulating device for a plate material processing machine that can sequentially accumulate plates without damaging the plate surface even when the plate is used, and can minimize the floor space required for this purpose. In this system, a receiving member is provided to releasably support the front part of the plate material discharged from the printing plate processing machine, and an ejection tray for accumulating the plate material, and a rear end part of the plate material to be discharged is processed. A waste plate accumulating device for a printing plate processing machine, which comprises a detection means for detecting that the plate has passed through a discharge section of the machine, and a support member drive device for releasing the support of the plate according to a detection signal from the detection means. It is to be disclosed.

FIG. 2 is a side view of an embodiment of the waste plate accumulating device of the printing plate processing machine according to the present invention. Plate processing machine 1
Discharge rollers 3, 3 are provided at the discharge site 2 of the plate material 4, and a detector 5, which is a detection means for detecting the leading and trailing ends of the plate material 4, is disposed near the discharge roller 3. ing. A discharge tray 6 for collecting discharged plates 4 is provided on the discharge side of the printing plate processing machine 1, and both side plates of the discharge tray 6 guide a rotatable receiving roller 7 that receives the plates 4 into a guide groove 8. It is pivotably supported for reciprocating movement. Pulleys 10 and 11 are disposed on the both side plates along the guide groove 8, and the pulleys 10 and 11 are disposed along the guide groove 8.
An endless wire 12 is stretched across the wire 1 via a forward/reverse drive motor M. Note that the shaft rod of the pulley 10 is disposed to penetrate between both side plates, and the pulley 10 on the opposite side functions as a driving pulley. Limit switches 13 and 14 are disposed near both ends of the gutter groove 8, and the shaft of the catch roller 7 fixed to the endless wire 12 comes into contact with the limit switches 13 and 14, causing the reciprocating movement of the catch roller 7. Limit the scope.

Next, the operation of the discharged plate accumulating device according to FIG. 2 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3a to 3c. A plate material 4 is discharged from the printing plate processing machine 1 by discharge rollers 3, 3, and the front portion of the plate material 4 is received at an initial position A by a receiving roller 7. When the plate material 4 is further discharged and its rear end is discharged from the discharge rollers 3, 3, the rear end naturally falls along the slightly inclined rear plate 9 of the discharge tray 6. At this time, in response to a signal detected by the detector 5, the forward/reverse drive motor M rotates forward after a predetermined delay time, causing the receiving roller 7 to move forward, so that the leading edge of the plate material 4 is When released from the stop roller 7 (position B), the plate materials 4 are accumulated on the discharge tray 4. Next, when the catch roller 7 comes into contact with the limit switch 14, the drive motor M is rotated in the reverse direction, and is moved back and comes into contact with the limit switch 13, returning to the initial position A.
When the drive motor M is stopped, the standby state is stopped. Thereafter, the plate materials 4 are sequentially accumulated in the same manner.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to minimize the floor area for collecting waste plates, and in particular, even if the plate material discharge part of the printing plate processing machine is located at a low position, damage to the plate surface can be avoided. However, it has excellent effects such as being able to sequentially accumulate the plate materials.
