記垂直同期信号分離手段の動作を禁止すると共に
、次に発生する垂直同期信号の分離を許可するマ
スク手段と、前記垂直同期信号分離回路の出力パ
ルスの周期を測定する周期測定回路と、前記周期
測定回路の測定結果より映像信号の有無を判定す
