- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ゴミ容器の中に入れるポリ袋を安定させる為に
ゴミ容器の胴体部分に止める輪状ゴムバンド１に
、買い物袋（ポリエチレン製）の手元を引つ掛け
るフツク部２のついた樹脂製のゴミ容器胴体部押
え部３を対にして設け、そのＨ形ゴム通し用溝部
４に輪状ゴムバンド１を填め込む様に取り付けて
組み合わせた構造のゴミ容器用中袋止めバンドで
ある。 又上記２のフツク部分に折り返し可能なジヨイ
ントを設けた構造の物もこの考案の請求範囲とす
る。
