Claims (1)
- ピン状部品を振動搬送する搬送路を上流側搬送
路と下流側搬送路とに分割し、両者の間に下流側
搬送路の始端部が上流側搬送路の終端部よりも低
位となる段差を設け、上流側搬送路の終端部にピ
ン状部品が入り込む複数の上流側溝部を搬送方向
に沿つて設けると共に前記終端部の途中部位を搬
送方向に直交する方向に傾斜させて第１排除部を
構成する一方、下流側搬送路に１本のピン状部品
のみが入り込む複数の下流側溝部を搬送方向に沿
つて設けると共に、下流側搬送路の始端部に、下
流側溝部内のピン状部品のみの通過を許容する規
制板を搬送方向に対して斜め向きに配設し、且つ
該エアーを前記始端部に対して吹き出すエアー吹
出部を設けて第２排除部を構成したことを特徴と
するピン状部品の多列供給装置。
