【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 回転軸の周囲に放射状に設けられた複数枚の
ブレードと、各ブレードの軸芯方向外側に配設さ
れたローター側壁と、隣接するブレードとロータ
ー側壁との間で外方が開口するよう形成された凹
部とを有するローターと、このローターを回転自
在に配設するケーシングとを具備するロータリー
バルブであつて、前記ローター側壁の軸芯方向外
側にシール部材が設けられ、該シール部材とケー
シング内面との間に減圧シール部が設けられ、該
減圧シール部は、狭い流路と、この流路に連続し
、且つ該流路の有効流通断面積に比して大きい有
効流通断面積の空間部とを有しているロータリー
バルブ。 2 前記空間部が前記減圧シール部の円周方向に
沿つて不連続に形成されている請求項1に記載の
ロータリーバルブ。 3 前記ケーシングの軸心方向外側に設けられた
サイドフランジ部と前記ローター側壁との間の外
周部に、狭い流路と、該流路に連続し、且つ該流
路の有効流通断面積に比して大きい有効流通断面
積の空間部とを有するサイド減圧シール部が設け
られ、該サイドフランジと該ローター側壁との間
に形成された側部空間部内に連通するエアパージ
孔が該サイドフランジに設けられている請求項1
