Claims (1)
- アクチユエータにより可動に配設された材料載
置板に、材料を吸着する吸着部材と、材料載置板
に材料が密着していることを検出するスイツチと
を配設するとともに、前記材料載置板上に載置さ
れた材料の厚さをレーザ光により検出するフオト
センサを前記材料載置板上に向けて配設し、この
フオトセンサからの材料の２枚重ねを検出した検
出信号により前記アクチユエータが前記材料載置
板を動かして材料載置板上の材料を排除するよう
にしたことを特徴とする材料の２枚重ね検出装置
。
