たものである。 Conventionally, to construct this kind of thing, the end panels, roof panels, floor panels, side wall panels, etc. are produced in advance in a factory, etc., and then these are transported to the construction site and joined with bolts, nuts, etc. , or these were bonded together using an adhesive or the like. As a result, assembly was time-consuming and troublesome, and the adhesion was not perfect, making it difficult to reliably join the joints or create a completely sealed state, which caused various problems. It had its drawbacks. Therefore, the present invention reduces the storage space, etc. by about half, and flatly arranges the roof, side wall, etc. on the periphery of the end plate.
Construct a formwork in the shape of an expanded floor, and on top of that,
A mixture of fibers such as glass and mortar is sprayed to a certain thickness, and in a semi-hardened state, the side walls, roof, and floor are bent at right angles to the end plate, and the mixture is cured. By butting two pieces and joining the side walls, roof, and floor, a strong, airtight structure can be easily and quickly constructed, and it can be manufactured at low cost, thus solving the above-mentioned drawbacks. .

に充填したモルタルである。 To explain this method with reference to the drawings, 1 is a storage such as a storeroom or a warehouse. Reference numeral 2 designates the end plate portion of the storage 1, 3 the roof portion, 4 the side wall portion, and 5 the floor portion.
Reference numeral 6 denotes a formwork, and a roof member 8, side wall members 9, 9, and a floor member 10 are attached to hinges 1 on the periphery of the end plate member 7, respectively.
1, etc., and a supporting member 12 is fixed to the lower surface of each. First, formwork 6
is developed with the end plate member 7 as the center to make it flat as shown in Fig. 2, and a mixture 13 of glass, asbestos, rock wool, and other fibers, cement, sand, and water is sprayed onto it to a certain thickness. Once it has reached a semi-hardened state, the roof member 8, side wall members 9, 9, and floor member 10 are expanded at right angles to the end board member 7, each side is joined, and the joined parts are covered with mortar or cement. It is corrected with paste or the like, hardened, and removed from the mold 6. In addition, when bending the roof member 8, side wall members 9, 9, and floor member 10, the mixture 13 of the bent part is
For example, by cutting out a V-shaped groove as shown in FIG. 2, when bent at a right angle, the joining parts can be joined in an orderly manner. Two butt parts of product A configured in this way, roof parts 3, 3, side wall parts 4, 4, floor part 5,
5 are joined to each other. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, for example, the joining means is to cut out approximately half the thickness of the edges 14 and interpose a waterproof sealing material 15 between the notches 14 and 14. The bolts 16 are inserted and the nuts 17 are tightened to join them. In addition, when spraying the mixture 13 onto the formwork 6, as shown in FIG. When configured by spraying, the heat insulating board 18 can be interposed within the end plate portion 2, roof portion 3, side wall portion 4, and floor portion 5. 1
9 is a recess on the outer surface of the notch 14, and 20 is mortar filled in the recess 19.

有能なものである等の効果を奏する。 Since the invention is constructed as described above, all thicknesses are uniform, no material is wasted, and a neat and elegant design can be constructed very quickly, easily and inexpensively. In conventional products, the end plate, roof, side walls, and floor are each produced in a factory and transported to the construction site for assembly, which requires a large number of steps and takes time, and requires many parts to assemble. In addition to being expensive, the joints could not be made accurately, resulting in gaps, etc., which required more time and effort to repair, resulting in higher construction costs. However, according to the present invention, the constructed storage The parts that are to become each part of the warehouse etc. are sprayed onto a flat formwork 6 which is spread out to a certain thickness, and then bent in a semi-hardened state, joined and hardened, so that the whole has a uniform thickness. It is uniform in strength,
There is no wastage of materials and it becomes orderly. Since it is completed by joining two pieces constructed in this manner, the construction period is short, there are few parts to be assembled, and the product is inexpensive, elegant, and airtight. Therefore, the present invention has effects such as being useful for storerooms, warehouses, etc.

接合され優美にできるものである。 Note that, as shown in FIG. 10, when spraying the mixture 13 onto the formwork 6, if a heat insulating material 18 is interposed, a storage cabinet or the like with good heat insulation effect can be easily constructed. In addition, when joining two pieces of the same product, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, cutouts 14 and 14 are made in the joint parts, and a waterproof sealing material 15 is interposed when the joints are polymerized. , insert the bolt 16 through the recess 19 on the outer surface of the notch 14, and tighten the nut 1.
7, and by filling the recess 19 with mortar 20, the joined part is neatly and firmly joined, resulting in an elegant appearance.
