151530), or a cylinder is provided at the top of the plating tank, and the cylinder pushes the lower end of the object to be processed, which has been pulled up from the plating tank by a hanger, to tilt only the object to be processed (for example, , Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-42800) is known. However, in such a conventional draining device, the hanger is lifted vertically until the lower end of the object to be processed exceeds the upper end of the plating tank, and then the object is further tilted upward from the lifted position, so that the height of the upper end of the object to be processed is lowered. (lifting height) + (tilting height), which requires a high ceiling height, and one end of the object to be processed protrudes further outside than the plating tank, causing the plating liquid to flow outside the plating tank. There was a drawback that it dripped.

The plating tank 1 is a carrier that travels intermittently on a frame body 2 along a plating tank 1 by running wheels 7 that are guided by a running motor 6 and driven by a running motor 6. On the side surface of the carrier 5 on the side of the plating tank 1, there is a vertical lower half part 8a and an upper half part 8 pivoted to the upper end of the lower half part 8a.
A guide frame 8 consisting of b is erected vertically. The upper half 8b of the guide frame 8 is pivotally supported by a pivot 9 provided on the upper part of the lower half 8a, and an arm is provided at the lower end of the upper half 8b to project toward the side opposite to the plating tank 1. By pulling down the plating tank 10 with the power cylinder 11, it can be tilted from the vertical position shown in FIG. 1 to the tilted position toward the opposite side of the plating tank 1 shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the guide frame 8 is made of channel steel, and a pair of sprockets 12 and 13 are provided at its upper end and pivot portion, respectively, and a pair of endless chains 14 are stretched between these sprockets 12 and 13. It is set up. This endless chain 14 is rotated in forward and reverse directions when the sprocket 13 is driven by the motor 24 on the carrier 5.

It is attached to the guide frame 8.
Since the hanger 15 is suspended by a chain 20 from the hoisting sprocket 19 which is keyed coaxially with the sprocket 12, when the sprocket 12 and the hoisting sprocket 19 are driven by the endless chain 14, the hanger 15 will move up and down along the guide frame 8. Note that 21 is a hanging arm provided at the tip of the arm of the hanger 15, and the workpiece 50 is moved by a motor 23 to move clamp claws 22 vertically provided on both sides of the lower surface in opposite directions. The hanger hook 51 on the upper part of the plating tank 1 can be clamped while the workpiece 50 is clamped.
It can be raised and lowered against the ground.

The hanger 15 attached to the guide frame 8 on the side of the carrier 5 traveling along the carrier 5 is lowered to clamp the object 50 as shown in FIG. Next, when the endless chain 14 is driven by the motor 24, the hanger 15 is moved to the hoisting sprocket 1.
The workpiece 50 is gradually lifted up from the plating tank 1 by the upper guide roller 17 of the vertical bracket part 16 of the hanger 15.
and the lower guide roller 18 is the guide frame 8
When entering the upper half 8b of the power cylinder 11
By bending the upper half 8b to a tilted position toward the opposite side of the plating tank 1, the hanger 15
is tilted diagonally upward as shown in FIG.
Since the object to be processed 5 will be moved to the opposite side of
0 is tilted without coming out from the plating tank 1 to ensure that the plating liquid remaining on the surface falls into the plating tank 1.

できる。 In this way, in the present invention, the upper half 8b of the guide frame 8 is connected to the plating tank 1 with the pivot 9 as the center.
By tilting the guide frame 8 to the opposite side, the center point of the tilting can be moved further downward than if the guide frame 8 were left vertical. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when the inclination angle of the workpiece 50 is the same, the amount of horizontal movement of the lower end of the workpiece 50 is smaller than in the conventional apparatus, and Protrusion from 1 can be prevented.

る利点がある。 Furthermore, in the present invention, since the center point of the tilting movement is lower than that of the conventional apparatus, the maximum height of the tilted workpiece 50 can be lowered. In other words, as shown in Fig. 4, which exaggerates the height of the plating tank, conventionally, the lower end of the workpiece was tilted in an arc from position C to position D, where the lower end of the plating tank exceeded the upper end of the plating tank. On the other hand, in the case of the present invention, the lower end of the object to be treated can be inclined in an arc from position A to position B before it exceeds the upper end of the plating tank. Therefore, if the inclination angle of the workpiece at the end of tilting is the same as shown in the figure, the heights of points D and B will differ by S, and the height of the highest point of the workpiece will also be the same. Only S can be lowered. Therefore, compared to conventional devices, the device of the present invention has the advantage of being able to be installed in locations with low ceiling heights.

は極めて大である。(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention tilts the lower end of the workpiece so that it does not come out of the plating tank, and drains the plating liquid remaining on the surface of the workpiece. It is possible to reliably perform this type of equipment, and the overall height can be lowered compared to conventional equipment, so it has practical value as a solution to the problems of conventional equipment of this type. is extremely large.
