Conventionally, joint materials installed to prevent shrinkage cracks and water permeation in concrete structures such as concrete walls are used to form molds using wooden or plastic joint rods prior to concrete pouring. After the concrete is poured, the joint rods are removed and the voids created by removing the joint rods are caulked. Nowadays, concrete structures are widely used, and it is difficult to completely prevent shrinkage cracks and water permeation in concrete structures. In particular, prevention of shrinkage cracks and water permeation when concrete is poured between each floor has been a concern in this field.

This invention does not require any of the above-mentioned joint bars or caulking processes, and therefore not only speeds up work and reduces costs, but also shrinks concrete structures superior to conventional products. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a joint filling material that can prevent cracking and water permeation at an extremely low cost.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a spring member made of a hard synthetic polymer material having elasticity, and the opening end of a fitting protrusion 41 having a U-shaped cross section that fits into the groove 2 of the outer member 1 extends in both directions. The wing portions 42, 42 are fixed to the palate of the outer member 1, and the wing portions 4
2, 42 free ends are sloped surfaces 43, 43 with outward diameter expansion, and the groove 5 in the axial direction formed on the inner circumferential surface of the fitting protrusion 41 having a U-shaped cross section has waterproof properties. It is assumed that a filling member 6 made of a soft synthetic polymer material is filled.

In the joint filling material of the present invention, the main body 7 shown in FIG. 1 is formed by integrally connecting the above-mentioned outer member 1 and the spring member 4 filled with the filling member 6. In the main body 7, If the opening side of the spring member 4 is pinched and compressed in diameter against the elastic force of the spring member 4, and deformed in an outwardly contracted shape as shown in FIG. 2, the direction of the arrow in FIG. Restoration elasticity will be given to.

Next, 8 is a lower mounting cap made of a hard synthetic polymer material, and is provided with a fitting groove 10 with a tapered cross section that expands in diameter toward the bottom surface that contacts the formwork 9. As mentioned above, it is constructed so that the opening side of the spring member 4 of the main body 7 having a compressed diameter, that is, the sloped surfaces 43, 43 of the wing parts 42, 42 can be fitted.

In this case, the tapered surface of the fitting groove 10 is formed on the wing portions 42 and 4 on both sides of the lower end of the spring member 4.
It is preferable to form the cap with a diameter slightly smaller than that of the tapered surface formed by the cap 2, as this makes the fitting between the main body 7 and the lower mounting cap 8 more airtight.

Further, the diameter of the opening side of the spring member 4 of the main body 7 is compressed in advance, and adhesive tape 11 is pasted as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, thereby maintaining the reduced diameter state of the opening side of the spring member 4. If this is done, the fitting operation with the lower attachment cap 8 when using the joint material of the present invention will be simplified.

In the joint material of the present invention, the upper mounting cap 8 is fixed to the vertical formwork 9 using a fixing tool 4 such as a needle, and the upper mounting groove 13 of the upper mounting cap 8 is inserted into the upper part of the main body 7. The fitting protrusion 3 of the main body 7 is fitted, and the compressed diameter opening side of the spring member 4 of the main body 7 is fitted to the lower mounting cap 8. The bottom and one side of 8 are the formwork 9 and upper mounting cap 12, respectively.
The configuration is as shown in FIG. 2, where it comes into contact with.

In this case, if the base portion of the anchor 16 protruding outward is fixed in advance to an appropriate position on the surface of the outer member 1 of the main body 7, the main body 7 at this stage
This is preferable because it allows a tight connection between the concrete and the poured concrete 15. In addition, the outer member 1
It is preferable to make the surface rough as shown in the figure 17, since this also allows a tight connection between the main body 7 and the poured concrete 15.

(c) As shown in FIG. 4, a spring member 4 and the spring member 4 and poured concrete 1
Since the restoring elasticity of both the outer members 1 which are compressed between the outer members 1 and 5 acts in the direction of the arrow, that is, toward the poured concrete 15 side, shrinkage cracks in concrete structures such as concrete walls can be absorbed very purposefully. The effects in that respect are extremely significant.
