Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 3, the ALC panel 1 and the metal plate 2 to be attached are bonded together by applying an adhesive 3 to their joint surfaces. Further, as shown in Fig. 4, bolts 4 are welded to the back side of the metal plate 2, holes are drilled in the ALC panel 1 so that the bolts 4 pass through, and the metal plate 2 is fixed using washers 5 and nuts 6. Then, the recess 7 created on the back side of the ALC panel
There was one that was being repaired.

When using conventional adhesives, there is a problem that there is no suitable adhesive and it lacks durability, and when fixing using bolts and nuts, it takes time and money to drill holes in advance and repair after the fact. Moreover, there was a problem that the appearance of the back side was not good.

とするものである。 This idea solves the problems mentioned above,
The metal plate can be attached to the ALC panel without any dimensional error, and the manufacturing process is simple. Furthermore, by providing an appropriate air space between the metal plate and the ALC panel, it is suitable for external walls in cold regions. The purpose of this invention is to provide a composite panel for building materials that is resistant to frost damage.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, the tops 9 of double-headed nails 8 as shown in FIG. 2 are welded to the back surface of the metal plate 2 at pitches of 200 to 600 mm in length and width. This double-headed nail 8 has a tip 10 with a circular or square cross section and two vertically extending sides.
The nail has a split or three split crack 11 into which a washer-like ring 12 is fitted, and the nail body is provided with an intermediate head 13. When a metal plate with such a nail welded to the back side is aligned with the surface of the ALC panel 1 and an even force is applied to the entire metal plate 2 using a press device, etc., the tip 10 of the double-headed nail 8 will be The crack 11 gradually widens within the ALC panel 1, but since the tip 10 of the double-headed nail 8 is driven into the washer-like ring 12 while it is in contact with the surface of the ALC panel 1, the crack 11 is expanded within the ALC panel 1.
Only the portion that entered the panel 1 is expanded, and when the washer-like ring 12 contacts the intermediate head 13, the double-headed nail 8 welded to the metal plate 2 is not driven any further, and the nail tip 10 is expanded. Therefore, the double-headed nail does not fall out, and a certain gap is maintained between the metal plate 2 and the ALC panel 1. When pressing the metal plate, a heat insulating material or heat insulating material 14 is sandwiched between the metal plate and the ALC panel to fill the void.

のものを用いるのが好ましい。 The peripheral part of the metal plate 2 should be bent toward the ALC panel side according to the dimensions of the ALC panel, and since the double-headed nails will be buried within the ALC, it is preferable to use stainless steel ones.
