効果がある。 [Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a projecting corner useful for forming a projecting corner portion of a wall for covering. [Prior Art] As shown in Fig. 5, approximately trapezoidal decorative pieces 2a, 2 are used as the protruding corner 1 when a wall is conventionally formed using a dry construction method.
A decorative surface portion 2 with b shaped into an L-shape, and decorative pieces 2a, 2
The fixing part 3 formed on the upper part of b, the nail hole 5 provided in the fixing part 3 , and the lower part of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are inwardly L.
After the panels are arranged on the frame as shown in Fig. 6, the locking part 7 consisting of the bottom surface 8 bent in the shape of a letter and the locking piece 9 is installed one by one starting from the lower panel. It was common to do so. However, this kind of protruding corner 1 depends on the skill level of the builder.
When a nail is driven into the fixed part, it deforms, and this deformation affects the decorative surface part 2 , causing the decorative pieces 2a, 2b to
This resulted in incomplete adhesion of the panels, resulting in a decrease in waterproofness and a decrease in design. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
Reinforcing pieces are formed on both ends of the nailing piece of the fixed part to prevent deformation during nailing, and to propose a protruding corner that does not reduce waterproofness and design. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the projecting corner according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned protruding corner 1. For example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a zinc-nickel alloy plated steel plate, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (trade name Gulfan,
Extruded corners made of metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of metal plate (galvalume steel plate, super zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, or synthetic resin plate. 1 , it is formed from a decorative surface part 2 , a fixing part 3 , and a locking part 7. In other words , the decorative surface portion 2 is formed by forming substantially trapezoidal decorative pieces 2a and 2b into an L-shape, and covers the longitudinal end of the cover panel at the protruding corner, and covers the longitudinal end of the covering panel at the protruding corner. This is to close the gaps between the panels at the corner parts, improve the waterproofness of the protruding corner parts, and improve the design by not dividing the level difference in the panel cover shape. Furthermore, the decorative surface section 2 is provided with each decorative piece 2.
The upper parts of a and 2b are inserted into the gap between the connecting parts of the panels, and together with the fixing part 3 and the locking part 7 , which will be described later, are also useful for preventing the protruding corner 1 from coming off due to wind or the like. Furthermore, the fixing part 3 includes a nailing piece 4 that extends part of the upper end of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b upward, a nail hole 5 provided in the nailing piece 4, and both ends of the nailing piece 4. It is composed of reinforcing pieces 6 provided on. This fixing part 3 is covered by the protruding corner 1 disposed on the upper stage, and is a part that fixes the protruding corner 1 in a position where rainwater does not directly infiltrate and the head of a fixing tool such as a nail is not exposed. The nail hole 5 serves as a guide when driving a nail. Although not shown, the nail hole 5 is connected to the nail driving piece 4.
It is also possible to form one in the center, one on each surface, or a plurality of them above and below. Further, the reinforcing pieces 6 are provided over arbitrary ranges (in the figure, the entire range) on both sides of the nailing piece 4, and by bending both side edges of the nailing piece 4, the strength of the fixing part 3 is increased. This serves to strengthen and prevent deformation due to driving when the protruding corner 1 is fixed with nails. In particular, when the reinforcing piece 6 is formed into a box shape as shown in the figure, the fixing part 3 can be bent by bending.
In addition to reinforcing the structure, the tip of the reinforcing piece 6 comes into contact with the frame (column) as shown in Fig. 2, and serves as a resistance against stress during pouring, which further helps prevent deformation of the fixed part 3 . . A locking portion 7 is formed by a bottom surface 8 and a locking piece 9, each of which is bent inward into an L-shape at the lower end of the decorative pieces 2a , 2b of the decorative surface portion 2. That is, the bottom surface 8 covers the stepped portion of the panel, and prevents the stepped portion of the panel from being separated by the projecting corner portion of the wall, thereby improving the design. Further, the locking piece 9 locks the projecting corner 1 through the gap between the connecting parts of the panels, and serves as a fixed portion below the projecting corner 1 . That is, the protruding corner 1 is prevented from coming off from the protruding corner portion by fixing the fixing portion 3 by nailing and fixing the locking portion 7 as described above. Again 10~
Reference numeral 13 denotes a tongue piece, which is formed as necessary to prevent the protruding corner 1 from waving and twisting, and to improve the adhesion between the panel end and the protruding corner 1 at the protruding corner portion. , Also, the cosmetic pieces 2a, 2
b, or the edge of the bottom surface 8 to prevent injury. [Example of construction] Now, it is assumed that a protruding corner portion is to be formed as shown in Fig. 2. Therefore, panel A was installed on wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, and waterproof sheets using fixing tools β such as nails, with the longitudinal ends of both panels A slightly separated from the ridgeline of the protruding corner. do. Next, position the protruding corner 1 between the two panels, and first
Then, while holding the connecting portion of panel A, the upper ends of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b of the decorative surface portion 2 are inserted into the gap between the connecting portions of panel A and locked. Next, the protruding corner 1 is fixed by passing a nail through the nail hole 5 made in the fixing part 3 located between the upper edges of the two panels A and driving the nail into the pillar. In addition, in order to form the protruding corner portion, the above-mentioned steps may be performed sequentially from the lower stage toward the upper stage. When installed in this way, the locking piece 9 of the protruding corner 1 is held and locked in the connecting part of the panel A, and the upper part of the decorative surface part 2 is inserted into the gap between the connecting parts. Corner 1 panel A
It is possible to accurately and easily position the device, the mounting condition is strong, and the protruding corner 1 does not peel off due to gusts of wind or the like. Further, since the decorative surface portion 2 covers and closes the longitudinal ends of the left and right panels A and the gap therebetween, the protruding corners are well protected from rain. In this way, the protruding corners 1 are arranged from the lower stage to the upper stage. [Other Embodiments] The above-mentioned is only one embodiment of the present invention.
It is also possible to form as shown in FIGS. 3a-f and 4a-e. In other words, FIGS. 3a to 3f show reinforcing pieces 6 formed at arbitrary ranges on both ends of the fixing part 3. In particular, FIG. A reinforcing piece 6 is formed by bending the upper end of the casting piece 4 into an L-shape. Fig. e shows a reinforcing piece 6 in which a nail passage hole 6a is formed in the reinforcing piece 6, and Fig. f shows a reinforcing piece 6 formed by bending it into a seam shape. This is the reinforcing piece 6. Moreover, FIGS. 4a to 4e show modified examples of the locking part 7 , and
c is in the middle of the locking piece 9 or between the locking piece 9 and the bottom surface 8
A locking part 7 is formed with a protrusion 9a or groove 9b in the middle between the locking piece 9 to strengthen the locking force with the panel A or to improve waterproofness.Figures d and e show the tip of the locking piece 9. The locking portion 7 is formed with a tongue piece 9c bent inwardly or outwardly in the shape of a flap. of course,
It is also possible to form the protruding corner 1 by arbitrarily combining FIGS. 3 and 4. [Effects of the invention] According to the projecting corner of the present invention, reinforcing pieces are formed on both sides of the nailing piece of the fixing part, so deformation of the fixing part due to nailing can be prevented, and deformation of the decorative surface part can be prevented. can be prevented. The locking piece of the locking part is held in the connecting part of the panel, and the upper part of the decorative piece of the decorative surface part is inserted into the connecting part of the panel, so positioning with respect to the panel can be accurately and easily. In addition, there is no peeling due to external force. Since the decorative surface portion covers and closes the longitudinal ends of the panels on both sides of the protruding corner and the gap, rain can be kept out effectively. The nail head for fixing the protruding corner is not exposed, making it possible to form a protruding corner with rich design. There are other effects.
