Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively wash the inside of a treatment tank by fitting an ultrasonic wave vibrator to the treatment tank wherein an ultraviolet lamp having an outer periphery coated with a protective pipe is inserted into the inside thereof and attaching the gland nuts to both ends of the treatment tank while interposing the packings. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet lamp 2 whose outer periphery is coated with a protective pipe 3 is inserted into a treatment tank 4 whose both ends are opened. Further the gland nuts 5a, 5b connected with a water supply pipe or a drainage pipe of water to be treated are attached to both ends of the tank 4. An ultrasonic wave vibrator 10 is fitted to the treatment tank 4 and also the gland nuts 5a, 5b are attached to both ends of the tank 4 while interposing the puckings 6 in the contact parts of the tank 4 and the protective pipe 3. As a result, vibration of the ultrasonic wave vibrator is not dispersed to the outside but conducted to only the treatment tank and thereby both the inner wall of the treatment tank and the surface of the protective pipe can be effectively washed.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, chemical treatments such as chlorine have been used to sterilize pool water, but there is a tendency for chemical sterilization treatments to be refrained from due to the effects they have on the human body. On the other hand, unlike chemical sterilization methods, sterilization of water to be treated using ultraviolet rays has the characteristics of being able to sterilize effectively with almost no effect on the human body, and is applied to various production fields. Demand is increasing.

The most efficient method of sterilization using ultraviolet rays is to insert an ultraviolet lamp whose outer periphery is covered with a protective tube into a treatment tank with both ends open, and at the same time, the water to be treated is This method uses an ultraviolet sterilizer equipped with a gland nut connected to the water supply pipe or drain pipe to sterilize the water by irradiating it with ultraviolet light while it passes around the ultraviolet lamp. .

These deposits on the inner walls of the processing tank or on the surface of the UV lamp protection tube are initially removed by cleaning the processing tank regularly, but over time they tend to stick to the inner walls of the processing tank and the surface of the UV lamp protection tube. and becomes irremovable. As a result, the remanufacturing rate deteriorates and it becomes necessary to replace the parts with new parts.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, an ultraviolet lamp whose outer periphery is covered with a protective tube is inserted into a processing tank with both ends open, and both ends of the processing tank are In an ultraviolet sterilizer that is equipped with a gland nut connected to the water supply pipe or drain pipe of the water to be treated, an ultrasonic vibrator is attached to the treatment tank, and the gland nut is attached to the contact part of the treatment tank or protection tube. The present invention proposes an ultraviolet sterilizer that is installed at both ends of a processing tank with packing interposed therebetween.

However, in conventional equipment, gland nuts are attached to both ends of the treatment tank, which are connected to the water supply pipe or drain pipe for the water to be treated. The ultrasonic vibrations are dispersed into the water supply pipes and drain pipes, and the processing tank cannot be sufficiently vibrated, making it impossible to clean the interior of the ultraviolet sterilization device using ultrasonic vibrations.

Therefore, in this invention, the above-mentioned gland nuts are attached to both ends of the processing tank with packing interposed at the contact part of the processing tank or protection pipe, so that the vibrations of the ultrasonic vibrator are dispersed to the external water supply pipe or drain pipe. This allows the processing tank to be effectively vibrated.

During the sterilization process, water scale, iron, manganese, etc. that adhere to the inner wall of the processing tank 4 and the surface of the protection tube 3 are removed by operating the ultrasonic vibrator 10 at regular intervals to vibrate the processing tank 4. In this invention, the upper gland nut 5a to which the drainage pipe of the water to be treated is connected and the lower part to which the water supply pipe for the water to be treated is connected is prevented. Since the gland nut 5b has rubber packings 6, . The vibrations are not transmitted to the drainage pipe and the water supply pipe through the upper gland nut 5a and lower gland nut 5b, and only the processing tank 4 vibrates, thereby preventing the adhesion of water scale, etc. to the inner wall of the processing tank 4 and the surface of the protection tube 3. effectively prevented.

In this embodiment, the ultraviolet ray receiving monitor 11 monitors whether the amount of ultraviolet irradiation from the ultraviolet lamp 2 is appropriate. As a result of monitoring by the ultraviolet light receiving monitor 11, if the amount of ultraviolet irradiation is insufficient, it may be due to the life of the ultraviolet lamp 2 or failure of the vibration effect of the ultrasonic vibrator 10, so please check the ultraviolet lamp 2. Appropriate measures should be taken depending on the situation, such as replacing or repairing the malfunctioning part.
