    あるいは内部に設けた発熱体と、安全バー本体の
    表面温度を測定する温度測定器と、発熱体の制御
    装置とからなり、温度測定器の温度に従つて発熱
    体の温度を制御することを特徴とするオフセツト
    輪転機の安全バー。
