有する円盤状の調節弁が嵌装され、該調節弁は上
記したソケツトの外方端面と該調節弁との間で働
くコイルスプリングにより常時は挿入体の内方端
面に弾圧され、空気の流入力により該調節弁はソ
ケツトの外方端面に向つて上記コイルスプリング
の微小弾力に抗して移動して上記したソケツト内
径と調節弁直径との径差による間隙を通つて一方
向のみへの空気流を作るよう構成され、上記ソケ
ツトと挿入体の外方端面には靴の外皮と係合する
