Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１〜３図は本考案の実施例中、フランジ部材
にパツキン収納用溝を形成せしめた場合の例を示
すもので、第１図はフランジ部材の断面図、第２
図は鋳鉄直管の端部断面図、第３図は第２図の直
管に第１図のフランジ部材を螺合せしめた断面図
、第４〜６図はパツキン収納用空間の形成を突起
付フランジ部材と直管の双方で形成せしめる例を
示すもので、第４図はフランジ部材の断面図、第
５図は鋳鉄直管端部の断面図、第６図は第５図の
直管に第４図のフランジ部材を螺合せしめた断面
図を示すものである。尚、図面の断面図は全て縦
断面図である。第７図は第３図における螺合部に
シール剤を塗付した本考案の実施例を示したもの
、第８図は第６図における螺合部にシール剤を塗
付した本考案の実施例を示したもの、第９図は本
考案のフランジ部に曲げモーメントを負荷した時
の中央部のたわみ量と内部水圧の変化を示す図表
である。 １：フランジ部材、６：テーパー雄ネジ、２：
テーパー雌ネジ、７：ネジ無し部（直管側）、３
：パツキン収納溝、８：パツキン、４：ネジ無し
部（フランジ側）、５：鋳鉄直管、９：突起部、
１０：連結側端面、１１：奥側端部内面。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直管の端部外周に形成されたテーパー雄ネジと
    、フランジ部材の内面に形成されたテーパー雌ネ
    ジを、螺合せしめてなるフランジ付鋳鉄管におい
    て、前記フランジ部材のネジ部の形成されていな
    い奥側端部内面と、それに隣接する前記テーパー
    雄ネジと前記テーパー雌ネジにより形成される有
    効螺合部の長さの少なくとも1/3の間にシール剤
    を塗布し、且つ前記フランジ部材のネジ部と連結
    側端面の間に所定の空間を形成せしめ、ここにパ
    ツキンを介装せしめたことを特徴とする鋳鉄管の
    フランジ構造。
