示したものであり、第４図はこの製造に使用され
るキヤリアプレートの縦断面図を示したものであ
る。 １…有機分散型ＥＬ面発光体、２…発光層、３
…透明電極、４…背面電極、５…防湿フイルム、
６…透明電極側リード、７…背面電極側リード、
８…透明樹脂、９…光散乱剤、１０…接着性樹脂
、１１…交流電源、１２…キヤリアプレート。
