Claims (1)
- ブスバーを有する低温端子部と、口出線とを備
え、低温容器内に収納された超電導コイルに前記
低温端子部のブスバーより前記口出線を介して電
力を供給する超電導装置用電流リードにおいて、
前記ブスバーと前記口出線との接続部の外周部に
超電導セラミツクスを被覆したことを特徴とする
超電導装置用電流リード。
