This can lead to poor blood circulation, so it is necessary to change positions frequently. Therefore, a method was devised to support the body parallel to the spinal column by folding a long blanket or rolling it into a cylindrical shape, but this required effort when changing positions and was not suitable for critically ill patients such as cerebral hemorrhage, bedridden elderly, and generalized debilitated patients. There were no effects and pressure sores occurred all over the body (head, auricles, both shoulders, both elbows, back, lumbosacral region, both greater trochanteric regions, both thighs, both knees, both lower legs, both ankle joints, both heels, and both lateral sides). Enlarge to the feet).

サージ効果を期待し難いという問題があつた。 Therefore, a bed sore prevention mat is used, but this mat is a rubber cloth raft-shaped (parallel middle column) air mat, and is a compressed air device that can adjust the air pressure in 1 to 8 steps. A small amount of air is discharged from the cylinder, and adjacent cylinders alternately supply and exhaust air (air injection, degassing) at regular intervals. However, when you lie on your back on such a pine, the pine becomes flat due to your weight and supports your body, so there is a large surface area that comes into close contact with your body. More than half of the area of the back of the body will be in close contact with the pine when inflating. The mat is heavy at the boundary between the air injection part and the deaeration part, and that part is always in close contact with the mat. In addition, the contact area changes due to differences in body weight, and the resting area of the back (other than the contact area) is unstable, so it varies from person to person, making it difficult to promote blood circulation, prevent bedsores, and improve treatment effects through the pine surge effect. It was hot. In addition, a device has been developed in which rigid rods are arranged in parallel with the longitudinal direction and the right angle direction of the bed floor and raise and lower the bed alternately (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-34815, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 57-169318, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 48-75499). . However, the patient lies supine on the length of the bed. Since the nerves and blood vessels extend in the direction of the body's height, it is difficult to stop the action of the nerves and blood vessels and activate the blood circulation and nerves by using a rigid rod in a direction perpendicular to this, and in fact inhibits activation.
Of course, there are beds in which adjacent rigid rods are arranged parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the bed and the upper surface is fixed as a semi-circular arc surface, or the upper surface is made into a flat surface and can be raised and lowered alternately.
-14712, Utility Model Application Publication No. 123395/1983), but since there is no space between adjacent rigid rods, the back of the patient who lies on his back during alternate lifting is the same at the corner of the adjacent alternate lifting rigid rods. There was a problem in that it was difficult to expect a systemic pine surge effect by promoting blood circulation and resolving nerve disorders because the part was supported and there was no lateral shift in the left-right direction, and it was difficult to release that part.

とを目的とする。``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' The present invention is designed to reduce bedsores by repeatedly shifting laterally the support part in the spinal direction of a seriously ill patient lying supine on a bed, and slowly compressing and releasing the back surface. The purpose is to prevent, promote blood circulation, and relieve neurological disorders systemically.

る。"Means for Solving the Problem" The present invention is based on the principle that human blood vessels and nerves extend in the direction of height, and even if compressed, the blood vessels and nerves will deviate laterally from the convex cylindrical surface. This is a bed floor that achieves the above purpose based on the principle of ease of use, and is constructed by alternately arranging fixed parallel rigid rods and vertically movable parallel rigid rods on the upper part of the machine frame, and these rigid rods serve as the bed floor. is parallel to the longitudinal direction of
At least the upper surface forms a convex arc surface, a distance t is interposed between the adjacent rigid rods, and the upper surface level of the movable parallel rigid rod stops at the same level as the upper surface level of the fixed parallel rigid rod. The treatment bed is supported to be movable up and down above and below the same level, and is provided with a drive device that slowly moves the movable parallel rigid rod up and down from the same level.

It stops when its upper surface level matches the upper surface level of the fixed parallel rigid rod. Thereafter, it further slowly descends and stops, then rises again and stops when its upper surface level matches the upper surface level of the fixed parallel rigid rod, and the same operation as described above is repeated. When the above-mentioned upper surface levels are aligned, the vertebral column 23 is laterally displaced from FIG. Support point c,
c moves. Then, when the movable parallel rigid rods 3, 3 rise, the patient is lifted up by the rods 3, 3, and the spinal column 23 is moved from the position shown in FIG.
is supported by the rigid rods 3, 3, and a gap T is created between the rods 3, 3 (6th
Figure C). Therefore, the skin and muscle support points c, c
moves laterally to support points c', c', and supports points c, c
The pressure on the body is released, creating a state of rest and promoting ventilation. After that, when the movable parallel rigid rod descends and its upper surface becomes below the level of the upper surface of the fixed parallel rigid rod, the patient will be supported by the fixed parallel rigid rod, and the resting part will be supported and compressed, and the movable parallel rigid rod will The compressed area is released and becomes at rest. By repeating the above-mentioned alternating pressure and rest, blood circulation is promoted, muscles and skin are massaged, and breathability is promoted. The direction of the compression rest coincides with the direction of the patient's spine, and the muscles, blood vessels, and nerves are shifted laterally due to the convex arc-shaped upper surface of the rigid rod, so that blood circulation and nerve action are promoted. Become.
