- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ハロゲンランプ等の光源ランプからの光を原
稿面に照射し、その反射光を感光記録媒体面に結
像露光させる露光装置において、 前記光源ランプと原稿面との間に赤外光を反射
し可視光のみを透過する赤外光反射部材が介設さ
れることを特徴とする露光装置。 ２ 前記赤外光反射部材は、原稿が載置される原
稿台ガラス表面に赤外反射膜が蒸着により、形成
されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の露
光装置。
