Claims (1)
- 絶縁変圧器と、前記絶縁変圧器の２次電圧を整
流する整流器スタツクとを搭載した架台を多段積
みとし、各段の絶縁変圧器の２次端子を上段の絶
縁変圧器の１次端子に接続し、および整流器スタ
ツクの直流出力端の一端を、上段の整流器スタツ
クの他端に接続してなり、最上段の整流器スタツ
クの一端を、直流高電圧出力端とし、また最下段
の絶縁変圧器の１次電圧を商用周波数電源電圧に
、同じく最下段の整流器スタツクの直流出力端の
他端を大地電位としてなる直流高電圧発生装置。
