- 入力の三相交流電源を直流に整流する第１の整
流回路と、この第１の整流回路の出力電圧を数百
Ｈｚの単相交流高周波に変換するインバータと、
このインバータの出力交流電源を再び整流する第
２の整流回路と、この第２の整流回路の出力電圧
を平滑化しクライストロンに供給する平滑回路と
を備えたことを特徴とするクライストロンビーム
