Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽に洗浄液が所定量入つていることを検知
するセンサと、所定量の洗浄液が入つているとき
のみ前記センサによつて超音波発生装置を作動可
能とするように働くスイツチ機構とからなる安全
装置を設けたことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。
