Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流量に対応して発生する信号を検出する検出部
    と、前記検出部からの流量信号をデジタル信号に
    変換するカウント手段と、このカウント手段の出
    力を用いて体積流量を演算して流量信号を出力す
    る演算手段と、この流量信号がハンチングしたと
    きのハンチング状態を判断する各種のパラメータ
    が格納された記憶手段と、選定された前記パラメ
    ータと前記流量信号とを比較して所定値を越えて
    いるときに異常信号を出力する判断手段と、前記
    演算手段の出力を電流信号に変換する出力手段と
    、負荷と直列に接続された２本の伝送線を介して
    外部から前記各手段への内部電源を供給すると共
    に前記電流信号の電源となる外部電源と、前記パ
    ラメータを選択する選択信号を前記伝送線の前記
    電流信号に重畳して送出しその結果をデジタル信
    号として受信するアクセス手段とを具備すること
    を特徴とする渦流量計。
