Claims (1)
- 内部を流体が流れる筒体に同軸的にかつ軸方向
に弾性的に変位可能に緩く内挿され流体の自由な
流れを許容するとゝもに、その粘性摩擦力により
変位する粘性力受け部材と、上記筒体に付設され
上記粘性力受け部材の軸方向変位に応動するアラ
ームスイツチとを具えたことを特徴とする粘性力
式フローアラーム。
