    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スーパーツイスト型液晶表示セルに色素を含む
    位相差板を重畳させ、該位相差板のリターデーシ
    ヨン値と前記液晶表示セルのリターデーシヨン値
    の差の絶対値を０．２μｍ〜０．３μｍの範囲に
    設定しかつ前記色素を前記液晶表示セルで生ずる
    干渉色を消色せしめる色に選定したことを特徴と
    する液晶表示装置。
