前記光伝送ロツドの周面を包囲する反射ケースを
備えた光照射装置において、 前記スリツトから出射される光量の配光分布を
選定し得るよう前記拡散縞の幅を前記光伝送ロツ
ドの入射端側を広くそれより中央部側を狭く形成
することにより前記スリツトから出射される光量
を均一化させることを特徴とする光照射装置を具
