発明の構成
本発明の電気炊飯器は、本体内底部に炊飯用ヒ
ーターと、その裏面に設けた保温用ヒーターとを

を、保温用発熱体の厚さより高くした箱形状とす
るとともに、保持具の下面には保温用ヒーター挿
入用の開口部を設けたものであり、この保温用ヒ
ーターの構成により、本体内部に調理物、水が流
入してきた場合、保持具側壁が水切り板となり、

持具内に固定している。以上の構成の保温用ヒー
ター３は炊飯用ヒーター２の裏面に、開口部１５
