板１０に乗つて前記外部周壁１２上部内面に押込
み可能に配設され、天板１３の中央部には前記棒
栓８で閉栓される注出孔１４を開孔し、この注出
孔１４まわりの天板１３裏面からは前記口部筒９
外面に適宜の摩擦力で嵌合し、上下摺動可能でし
かも任意位置で静止できる嵌合筒１５を垂設し、
前記起立板１０側の長手方向端を押下げるとこの
起立板１０を支点として嵌合筒１５側半部が上昇
して注出孔１４が開栓し、この開栓状態を保持す
