Claims (1)
- ワツクス２の体積が温度変化によつて膨張収縮
して作動桿４が進退動する熱応動アクチユエータ
であつて、該ワツクス２の膨張収縮によつて弾力
的に変形するスリーブ３と、前記ワツクス２の膨
張収縮に伴つて前記スリーブ３内を摺動して進退
動する作動桿４とをそなえたものにおいて、前記
スリーブ３の前記作動桿４と接する内面に潤滑性
を有する物質のコーテイング３―１が施されてい
る熱応動アクチユエータ。
