Claims

A seal bushing that accommodates an impeller disposed around a rotor shaft of a compressor and is fitted onto the shaft; and a stator that is provided inside the bushing, close to the outer periphery of the rotor shaft and facing the impeller. A piston is slidably supported inside the bushing, and a resilient body is interposed between the piston and the bushing, so that the tip of the annular seal edge provided on the outer periphery of the base side of the impeller is fixed. A seal ring whose end surface is in contact with the piston, a pressure fluid chamber to which hydraulic fluid is supplied that presses the piston toward the elastic body, and a pressure fluid chamber between the impeller and the stator that generates pressure when the piston is pressed toward the elastic body. 1.
