Conventionally, in order to install a cable tray, a large number of cable tray receiving members were horizontally protruded from the wall of the building at appropriate intervals, and the cable trays were sequentially placed between the receiving members, and the ends of each cable tray were This was done by connecting comrades in series. However, the cable tray installation work using such a conventional method requires many scaffolds, and it is also necessary to move a lift for lifting the cable tray to the position of each cable tray receiving member and install it. Therefore, not only large-scale scaffolding work was required, but also a large number of man-hours were required for the cable tray installation work.

As shown in the figure, the lower part of the guide roller main body 2 has a U-shaped cross section, and the opening width thereof is slightly larger than the width of the cable tray receiving member 10, as shown in FIG. Thereby, a fitting portion 1 that is fitted over the receiving member 10 is formed. Further, the upper part of the guide roller main body 2 has rising surfaces facing each other at positions perpendicular to the falling surfaces of the fitting portion 1, and a roller 3 is pivotally attached to each surface. A relatively long rising surface is provided above one of the rollers 3 in a stepped manner, and forms a guide surface 4. Moreover, a very slightly rib-shaped protruding edge is formed above the other roller 3. As shown in FIG. 3, the height of this rib is smaller than the thickness of the side material 6 of the cable tray 5, so that the bottom surface of the cable tray does not come into contact with it. moreover,
The distance between the pair of rollers 3, 3 is such that the space is sufficient to allow the nut 9 to escape as shown in FIG. This is because the guide roller of this embodiment is configured to support the lower surface of the edge of the cable tray 5, so it is necessary to loosely fit the tray assembly nut 9 and screw 8 between both rollers 3, 3. Because there is.

A pair of guide rollers may be connected by a connecting member, or a relatively long guide roller body may be formed along the cable tray receiving member 10, and each roller 3 may be provided at both ends of the guide roller body. good. In addition, in order to fix each guide roller to the cable tray receiving member 10, bolt holes previously drilled in the receiving member 10 can be used, and both can be fixed with appropriate fasteners.

In addition, in order to prevent each guide roller from moving on the cable tray receiving material 10, an appropriate screw is attached to the cable tray receiving material 10.
and the guide roller body 2 are fastened together. In this way, a pair of main guide rollers is attached to each of the cable tray receiving members 10 that are protruded from the wall surface in large numbers. Next, a pair of lifts (not shown) are arranged spaced apart from each other in the cable tray laying direction,
Cable trays of a fixed length are suspended one by one between the lifts and lifted up, and placed between the respective cable tray receiving members via respective guide rollers as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The cable tray placed in this way has its side members 6 as shown in Figure 3.
Both side edges of the rollers are guided by the guide surfaces 4 of the respective guide rollers and do not come off the guide rollers. Therefore, the cable tray 5 positioned as shown in FIG. 3 is moved in its longitudinal direction to the leading or trailing end of the laying path. In this way, the cable trays 5 of a fixed length are sequentially placed on the guide rollers, and are sequentially moved in the longitudinal direction to be placed horizontally on each cable tray receiving member 10. Next, the main guide rollers provided on each receiving member 10 are removed, the cable trays 5 are connected to each other in series, and each cable tray 5 is fixed to the receiving member 10 with bolts and nuts to complete the installation work.

果がある。(1) According to the present guide roller, the lower surface of the cable tray can be placed on the upper surface of the roller 3, and the side surface of the cable tray can be guided by the guide surface 4. Therefore, the present guide roller can be placed on the cable tray receiving member 10, respectively. By attaching it, the cable tray 5 can be moved in its longitudinal direction and cable trays of a fixed length can be successively connected in series.
That is, by simply installing the present guide rollers on each of the cable tray receiving members 10, the cable tray receiving member 10 can be horizontally mounted from a specific location via the present guide rollers, and then sequentially moved in the longitudinal direction of the cable tray. Can be done. Thereby, a cable tray of a fixed length can be placed on each cable receiving member by using a lift or the like in a fixed position. According to this guide roller, the cable tray installation work can be carried out easily and quickly.
