Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波電力増幅器の信号入力端と基準電位端と
    の間に介挿された第１のスイツチ手段と、前記高
    周波電力増幅器の駆動電力供給端に直列に介装さ
    れた第２のスイツチ手段とを備え、通話時には前
    記第１のスイツチ手段をオフに切換えるとともに
    前記第２のスイツチ手段をオンに切換え、待機時
    には前記第１のスイツチ手段をオンに切換えると
    ともに前記第２のスイツチ手段をオフに切換える
    高周波電力増幅器において、前記信号入力端に直
    列にダイオードを介挿し、該ダイオードが前記第
    １のスイツチ手段のオン動作およびオフ動作に連
    動してそれぞれオフ状態およびオン状態に切換え
    られることを特徴とする高周波電力増幅器。
