Claims (1)
- 受信光信号を電流信号に変換する受光素子と、
上記電流信号を増幅する可変利得機能をもつたア
ンプを含むアンプ回路と、受光素子に直列に接続
されるバイアス用抵抗からなる光受信回路におい
て、バイアス抵抗に生じる直流電圧を、バツフア
アンプを介して該可変利得増幅器の利得制御端子
に入力することにより、可変利得増幅器の利得を
下げて、大入力の光レベルに対し受光回路出力の
飽和を防ぎ、信号の波形歪を防止することを特徴
とした光受信回路。
